Cassowaries of Mission Beach - A day at Laceys Creek

.... this beautiful bird literally stepped out of the rainforest and preened itself and looked at us as we looked at him for almost an hour... it was so amazing...
I am grateful to have had  hundreds of Cassowary sightings ... but it is always a treat..
